Dr. Wai-Min Liu travels abroad
Dr. Wai-Min Liu visited the Hangzhow
ELectro-Optics Instrument plant in August 2006. After the
visit, he visited Quingdao, Beidaihe and Dragonhead. The
picture below includes professors from the Institute of Modern
Optics at Nan Kai University. Wai-Min is the second from
the right.
